ISU earned a Silver Rating from the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education (AASHE), advancing from a Bronze rating held from 2019 to 2022.

Share Shop & Reuse Culture

The ISU Share Shop has seen 2,000+ student check-ins this academic year.

Share Shop collects hundreds of donations annually, everything is reused or responsibly recycled.

Fix It Friday repaired 427 items in 2024, preventing landfill waste.

During Spring 2024 Move-Out, six box trucks of clothing, bedding, and home goods were collected and reused by Fall 2024 move-in students.
