Registration Cost
The registration cost is $375 per delegate/advisor double or $400 per advisor single. No delegation cap.

Late Registration is an additional $25 per delegate/advisor

What is Included in Registration Costs?
Housing accommodations for May 22, 23, and 24
Thursday dinner, all three meals for Friday & Saturday, and a grab & go breakfast on Sunday.

Transportation is $55/person round trip from the Chicago O'Hare (ORD) airport. Transportation is non-refundable.

Extra night of housing on Wednesday, May 21 & breakfast/lunch on Thursday, May 22 for $56.25 delegate/advisor double and $64.25 advisor single.

leadershape will be offered on Thursday, May 22 from 9:30 a.m.-4 p.m. This experience includes the extra night of housing, breakfast/lunch on Thursday and supplies for $91.25.

Philanthropy Pin is $5 per pin.

Step 1: Advisor/NCC will complete the Institution Intent Form. [Please do immediately.]

This form includes: Travel information, Number of intended delegates and advisors, Philanthropy pin counts.

Step 2: Individual Delegate Registration information will be sent to advisor/NCC to complete after the Institution Intent Form is completed.

Step 3: Individuals registered will receive an email to complete the conference waiver.
Note: Not sure on who is attending, but you know how many? Register an Unidentified Delegate and ensure all individuals are registered by May 2.
