The cost of dining is included with the cost of registration.
Please specify your dietary restrictions and any allergies on the registration form so that our dining team can rightfully accommodate you.

Welcome to an all you care to dine restaurant in the Corbett Student Union! We pride ourselves in preparing fresh food just for you. Enjoy all your breakfast favorites, including omelets prepared to order.

For lunch and dinner enjoy delicious entrees, deli sandwiches made to order, fresh grilled sandwiches and burgers, soups and salads made from scratch, international sautéed entrees, and vegetarian selections to entice everyone.
Banquet Information
The banquet will be held Sunday evening at the Las Cruces Convention Center.
In order to ensure that any allergies are accommodated please specify your allergies when you register for the conference.
